I grew up using NIV kids club on VHS, and so when I found you had dvds and downloads I purchased all of them so I can now share with my kids.
Unfortunately the mp3 downloads are not working at all.. and are saying failed to download regardless of how many times I try.
Please advise what I should do.
This is the only way I figured I could contact since there is no contact information on website or via email confirmation of purchase.
